From start to finish I felt the whole team at Vein centre were amazing.
Any queries I had were answered.
Dr Mark was great, seeing the issues I had with my legs and how many precious surgeries I’d had already he was keen to eliminate all my problems.
Would 100% recommend to anyone researching clinics to use for this surgery.

Excellent service, I would recommend them 100%.
Dr Mark Regi was amazing, I have had some bad experiences with healthcare and was quite anxious about the procedure, he totally put me at ease and explained things fully. Hazel the nurse at Newcastle was so lovely and very helpful.

The team at the vein centre Newcastle were all absolutely brilliant! Everything was explained fully & they were all professional, efficient & friendly. I can not recommend them highly enough ! I have just been for a follow up appointment today , I am extremely happy with the results so far … thank you so much !

The Vein Centre in Newcastle is efficient, clean, well run and friendly. I attended twice to fix a varicose vein, the second time was for a check up and it was found that the initial procedure had worked well so I didn't need much more. The doctor (Dr Regi) and his nurse Hazel were very relaxing to be with and I felt like I was getting the best care. It's expensive as private care always is but I felt like it was worth it and I am extremely happy with how the procedure went.

I have visited the Vein Centre in Newcastle upon Tyne twice for treatment for thread veins.
I was under the care of Dr Mark Regi and his colleague, i cannot recommend then highly enough!
The surgery is clean, the staff are lovely and i was treated with dignity and respect throughout, the procedures and charges were discussed fully before any treatment took place.
I saw a big improvement after my initial treatment and an looking forward to seeing the results from my final visit.

I am very happy with the whole process of the care received at Vein Centre from the initial consultation, scan and treatment. I was informed about what was involved and what was eventually done. The follow up was very helpful too. Staff were courteous, kept me at ease throughout, many thanks.

Really glad of the Veincentre Newcastle office and its accessibility to those in the North East. Found the admin service efficient and friendly. Found the location easy to get to and the clinical staff very friendly, professional and experienced. Really glad I went for that initial consultation -there was no pressure to follow through with recommendations from the duplex scan but it was really helpful to chat through the challenges with my veins and to understand more about where the source of the issues arose and what could be done to help. Really felt listened to and left feeling much more informed about my options and optimistic that things could improve (previous consultations had left me feeling there was not much that could be done in terms of medical interventions). After a bit of time to think and reflect, I followed through with the treatment and am very pleased I did. I do feel a genuine improvement in the level of discomfort and symptoms caused by my veins. And, overall, it has had a positive impact on my quality of life in my day-to-day.
